Project Scope

This project contributes to School Farms Ghana's mission of enhancing visibility and expanding its network by identifying strategic partnerships and showcasing its impact on food security and education.

  • Developing School Farms Ghana's business development strategy targeting NGOs, agricultural stakeholders, and potential donors.

  • Conducting market research to identify potential partners and funding opportunities, and analyse similar initiatives.

  • Refining the organisation's value proposition and messaging for various stakeholder groups.

  • Creating a database of potential donors, sponsors, and partners.

  • Drafting funding proposals and partnership pitches.

  • Supporting the development of marketing and promotional materials, including infographics and narratives for outreach purposes.

Project Outcomes

  • Write a market research analysis report including data on potential partners, industry trends, and opportunities for strategic growth.

  • Identify at least five high-potential partnerships aligned with School Farms Ghana’s objectives.

  • Draft two funding or partnership proposals tailored to these prospective collaborators.

  • Create a marketing presentation that clearly communicates School Farms Ghana’s impact and goals to stakeholders.

  • Deliver weekly progress reports with updates on key milestones and completed tasks.
