Reform Africa Uganda is a social enterprise that transforms plastic waste into durable, sustainable products like bags, school accessories, and more. The organisation aims to address both waste management and environmental sustainability while empowering disadvantaged youth and women in Uganda through vocational training and job creation. Reform Africa seeks to create a cleaner environment while promoting social and economic development.
Project Scope
The Content Development Assistant will help create engaging and informative content for Reform Africa’s digital platforms to raise awareness of its environmental and social impact.
Research and write 5 blog articles on topics related to environmental sustainability, waste management, and social entrepreneurship.
Develop and schedule 10 social media posts to highlight Reform Africa's work and impact.
Assist in creating 2 case studies showcasing the success stories of individuals impacted by Reform Africa's programmes.
Collaborate with the team to ensure the content aligns with the organisation’s messaging and branding guidelines.
Project Outcomes
Created 5 blog articles for the website or partner platforms.
Developed and scheduled 10 social media posts to increase visibility.
Produced 2 case studies on Reform Africa’s success stories.
Ensured all content adhered to Reform Africa’s messaging and brand standards.
Internship Requirements
Strong writing and storytelling skills.
Familiarity with content creation tools (e.g., Canva).
Basic understanding of social media management.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
