Organisation Description

Kosmotive Rwanda is a social enterprise dedicated to improving maternal and child health in Rwanda through innovative and accessible health information. The organisation focuses on empowering women and communities by providing reliable health resources, support, and education. Kosmotive’s mission is to bridge the gap in healthcare access by using digital platforms, content development, and community engagement to inform, educate, and support maternal health and well-being.

Project Scope

The Programme Design Assistant intern will support the development and improvement of Kosmotive’s health education programmes. The role will involve working closely with the team to design engaging, effective health initiatives for women and children in Rwanda.

• Assist in designing new health education programmes, including workshops and digital initiatives.

• Support the revision and enhancement of existing programmes, ensuring they are culturally relevant and impactful.

• Research and incorporate best practices in maternal and child health education.

• Help create training materials and guides for programme facilitators.

Project Outcomes

• Contributed to the design of 1 new health education programme.

• Enhanced the content of at least 2 existing programmes.

• Developed training materials for programme facilitators.

• Provided recommendations for future programme improvements based on research.

Internship Requirements

• Strong organisational and research skills.
