Project Scope
The Programme Design Assistant will contribute to the development and refinement of our environmental programs by assisting in the creation of programme frameworks, objectives, and evaluation strategies.
The assistant will collaborate with the team to design innovative and impactful programmes that align with our mission of promoting sustainability.
The intern will gain hands-on experience in programme design, learning how to create, implement, and assess programmes that drive meaningful environmental change.
Project Outcomes
Assist in designing at least two new programme frameworks that align with TGED Foundation's mission and goals.
Develop clear objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) for one existing and the new programs to help measure its impact and success.
Create a comprehensive program evaluation strategy, including tools and methods for assessing programme outcomes and effectiveness.
Contribute to the drafting of a proposal or report that outlines the design and expected impact of a new or revised TGED Foundation programme.
Internship Requirements
Programme Design Experience: Some experience or coursework in programme development, evaluation, or project management is preferred, but not mandatory.
Research and Analytical Skills: Ability to conduct research and analyse information to inform programme frameworks and strategies.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft reports, proposals, and frameworks clearly and effectively.
